When i was cleaning the refregirator i found just one zucchini and thought about the mücver. We do not eat to much zucchini but we love the stuffed zucchini and mucver..
Mücver is a Turkish snack made with zucchini.
* grated zucchini
* 1 egg
* red pepper salt
* dill and fresh onion sliced thin
* some flour
* feta cheese
* 1 tea spoon baking powder
mix them all ..
Heat vegetable oil in a large heavy-bottomed frying pan over medium- high heat.
drop a heaped tablespoon of zucchini mixture in to pan; repeat, spacing fritters a few inches apart. Pat them down so they become like a flat.
Fry until golden brown on both sides. With a slotted spoon tranfer patties to the plate.
some yogurt would be great partner to them :)
Evde buldugum bir kabak nelere kadir?! Hemen rendeleyip içine bir yumurta kırdım, biraz un biraz peynir tuz pul biber ince kıyılmıs taze sogan ve dereotu da ekleyip bir guzel karıstırdım. aah unutmadan kabartma tozu da ekledim. sonra bir kasık yardımı ile tavaya nazikce yayıp onlu arkalı pişirdim. Suana kadar denediklerim arasında en guzeli oldu diyebilirm :) Bazen boyle umarsız ,uydurma, olculere sadık kalmadan guzel seyler de cıkabiliyor :)
